This is done for the protection of all parties, to maintain quality control, and to provide additional services to you as a review of your session. If your audio or video recording is not sent to you as part of an assignment, you may request the audio or video of your session at any time by sending an email to info@penniesandprose.com with "Recording Request" as the subject.
Pennies & Prose may also use your personally identifiable information, such as your email address or phone number, to assess your suitability for our services, obtain your feedback on our site and services, analyze user behavior and activity, respond to your inquiries and send you communications about your requested services, or to inform you of other products or services available from Pennies & Prose and its affiliates.
Pennies & Prose does not have access to your payment information; all payment information is handled by our vendor Stripe in accordance with their compliance and security procedures.
Pennies & Prose is not responsible for information you as a user decide to make public. For example, if you choose to respond to a blog or other social media post with an alias, email address, photo (within a profile picture or otherwise), or other personally identifiable information, your information will become available to other users of this site or a social media site, and they may access, use, or disclose any information that you post. Minor Children

External Data Storage Sites
Pennies & Prose is operated in the United States. We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted, namely, Sign in Scheduling, Stripe, and Google. These vendors may transfer, process, and store your information on their servers located in the United States, Ireland, or elsewhere. While most recordings are stored locally using Pennies & Prose equipment in the United States rather than Zoom cloud recording servers, the data may be transferred through global Zoom servers and eventually backed up at the request of Pennies & Prose using Google and NixiHost servers. By using our services, you consent to all transfer, processing, and storage of your data in the location(s) selected by the vendor. Note that the privacy laws in your country of residence or citizenship may or may not be as comprehensive as the privacy laws in the country where the vendor stores data. Regardless, please be assured that we take all reasonable steps to ensure that we protect your data according to this Privacy Policy and Terms.
Intellectual Property
Pennies & Prose services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in this Privacy Policy and Terms gives you a right to use the Pennies & Prose name, trademark(s), logos, domain names, or any other distinctive brand features. All right, title, and interest in and to the services are and will remain the exclusive property of Pennies & Prose and its owner.
